I entered a calm Chinese restaurant located on the second floor of the hotel. It feels very open as I can enjoy my meal while looking out at Shiogama Station through the large windows. First, I had some self-service coffee, and I enjoyed the leisurely time choosing from the menu. The hot and sour noodle soup, with its perfect balance of sourness and spiciness, had a thick broth that clung well to the noodles, and I slurped it up until the very end. The shrimp noodle soup also had an exquisite broth infused with the flavors of the vegetables, and the saltiness was just right, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The quick and efficient service from the staff was also pleasant, making lunch with my friends even more enjoyable.
