Located just a short walk from the east exit of Fussa Station, the legendary fried rice specialty store En offers a unique 'fluffy and loose' fried rice made with rich eggs from Aomori Prefecture and beautifully polished rice from Miyagi Prefecture, expertly cooked over high heat. You can also enjoy a variety of dishes, including homemade char siu that has been simmered for 12 hours and gyoza. The interior is filled with a sense of cleanliness, and the warm personality of the owner makes for a welcoming atmosphere.

The interior is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere for individuals. The impressive skill of the chef swinging the pot right in front of you is enjoyable to watch. The homemade char siu fried rice is well-textured, aromatic, and very satisfying. When you break the egg yolk on top, it adds creaminess and changes the flavor. Eating it with the gentle-tasting egg soup brings everything together nicely. The boiled dumplings have a chewy skin, and the combination of meat juice and shredded white onion is delightful.
