The moment you enter, the aroma of garlic and savory scents wafts through the air, stimulating your appetite. The sizzling stamina grill on the iron plate, with its generous combination of cabbage and pork, is truly appealing. The cabbage is stir-fried just right, bringing out its sweetness, and it mixes beautifully with the meat juices, making it very delicious. When you dissolve the spicy miso or even spicier miso from the table into the fat, it adds a deep richness to the flavor. It's also fun to use a small piece like a chopstick rest to tilt the iron plate slightly, gathering the juices and seasonings while you eat. You can also request extra garlic, making it perfect for when you want a hearty boost of stamina.
