Kyusu: Tokoname Ware Seiko / For 2 cups
Shirakawa tea is produced in Shirakawa Town, Gifu Prefecture, which is located at the northern limit among the main tea production areas in Japan. It has a unique climate characterized by significant temperature differences between day and night in a highland area. The Mino Shirakawa tea, lovingly cultivated in steep mountainous terrain and terraced stone-walled fields, benefits from the deep morning fog that envelops the mountains, providing shading and insulation, allowing it to slowly accumulate flavor while developing the rich taste and aroma of the mountains.
