This is a dish of Yonezawa beef for 1 person, 2 servings of top cut ribs, 2 servings of top loin, 2 servings of tan salt, 2 servings of jalami, plus 1 cabbage, 1 kimchi and 1 molokyu, perfect for a reservation for 2 or 3 people! It takes a while to serve and we may sell out, so advance reservations are convenient and recommended!
