This is a shop that welcomes you with a warm atmosphere after walking along the mountain path. The set meal featuring famous water tofu includes a large piece of tofu and a variety of colorful small dishes, which is exciting just to look at. The tofu has a firmness that is easy to pick up with chopsticks and a clean taste without any off-flavors. The accompanying small udon has a rich broth that warms the body. The fried dishes like katsudon and karaage are also substantial, and the egg and sauce mix well with the rice, making it delicious until the last bite. I think the deer sashimi is mild and pairs perfectly with soy sauce, making it a wonderful shop to enjoy along with the mountain air.
