A Vietnamese restaurant where you can enjoy authentic flavors

Pho 19 is a Vietnamese specialty restaurant located in Motoyawata, and it is a popular spot among locals. In addition to its signature dish, pho, the menu features a variety of rice vermicelli and other dishes that offer an array of ethnic aromas and flavors. The fried spring rolls and steamed chicken rice set, in particular, are sure to provide satisfaction. For dessert, the chè and zenzai are also highly recommended as a delightful end to your meal.

The pho has a fragrant broth that pairs well with the flat noodles, and it is satisfying with plenty of shrimp, squid, and scallops. The slight spiciness is pleasant, and there is a strong sense of exotic aroma. The accompanying fried spring rolls are crispy and fragrant, while the fresh spring rolls have a smooth and light texture. The steamed chicken on the bone and the duck with bamboo shoots vermicelli also allowed me to enjoy the harmony of the sauces and broth. The salad dressing has a gentle sweetness that makes the vegetables go down easily. The dessert, chè, contains beans, tapioca, and sweet potatoes, with a pleasant peanut accent, providing a soothing soft sweetness.
