There is a water flow feature at the counter, creating a calm atmosphere that is pleasant. Each piece of sushi is substantial in size, and the fatty tuna and eel are so tender that they are impressive. The squid is thick, and its sweetness spreads as you chew. The grilled abalone with butter is soft and fragrant, bringing happiness. The tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) is to my taste, and the rice is slightly firm, which pairs well. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) and red miso soup have a rich dashi flavor, allowing you to enjoy the umami of the clams.
