In a calm space resembling a private home, you can relax and spend time in the tatami room. The bright-colored, glossy soba has a moderate chewiness and a very pleasant texture. When combined with the sharp soy sauce flavor and the aroma of bonito in the dipping sauce, you can't help but keep eating. The tempura has a light batter, and the frying is just right, which is satisfying. The small dishes and pickles served at the beginning are also delicious, creating a joyful atmosphere from the start of the meal. The deliciousness of the soba and dipping sauce made with underground water is impressive, giving a sense of a hidden gem known to those in the know.
