This is a limited sake from Tateyama Brewery, awarded the top prize at the 2016 Kanazawa National Tax Agency New Sake Competition. Aiyama is a sake rice that is currently gaining the most attention. It is difficult to obtain nationwide and is said to have better taste and aroma than Yamada Nishiki. Enjoy this lustrous and rounded Japanese sake.
