At the buffet inside the Hilton, you can enjoy a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, along with flavors from Okinawa. Okinawa soba, taco rice, and jushi are available, making it fun to try different things. The demi-glace omelet rice at the egg station is fluffy and very much to my liking. For the egg over rice, you can choose between raw eggs and onsen eggs, and it's nice to see a variety of soy sauces lined up. The combination of island soy sauce and oyster sauce was deliciously addictive. There is a system that allows you to switch meals, and daily smoothies are also available, making it a comfortable place to spend time.
