Local diner experience to savor the flavor of Tainan
Shanta Kitchen is a locally flavored diner tucked away in a residential neighborhood in the East District of Tainan. Its dishes, an extension of home cooking, are popular for their fresh ingredients and gentle seasonings. While it does attract overseas travelers, its calm atmosphere is also supported by local customers. It is easy to visit alone, but because of its popularity reservations are recommended.
