The store, located just a short walk from the station, has a calm dark color scheme, and you can see the cooking process over the counter, which is exciting. The crispy thin-crust pizza has a light texture yet is satisfying, and it pairs excellently with drinks. The Bismarck, with mushrooms and eggs melting together, spreads a rich aroma of truffles that brings a smile to my face. The Japanese-style mushroom pasta, fragrant with shiso, is refreshing until the last bite, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The signature pudding is firm and rich, and eating it with ice cream makes me feel happy. The abundant appetizers and meat platter are also very filling, and sharing them with friends makes it even more enjoyable.
