Calm music is playing, and the sound of the kitchen sizzling is pleasant. The vegetable-centered lunch has a gentle taste that is comforting. The miso soup contains burdock, seaweed, and shimeji mushrooms, and the saltiness of Sendai miso is just right. The brown rice with black rice has a nice aroma and can be enjoyed with sesame salt for a change of flavor. The car-fried gluten cutlet is juicy and pairs well with the soy milk sauce. While enjoying three-year bancha tea, the colorful vegetables like komatsuna and snow vegetables, as well as the rapé, can also be savored deliciously.
