The store has jazz music playing, and the lighting is calm. There are counter seats where you can sit comfortably even alone. The handmade appetizers include pork cartilage jelly, chives omelet, and edamame, all with a careful flavor. You can enjoy wine by the glass, and when comparing different types, the differences in character become clear. Among the dishes that pair well, I particularly liked the sautéed pork and vegetables with a rich cheese sauce. The ratatouille, packed with the umami of vegetables, and the beef stew also provide a sense of satisfaction.
