When I casually walked in, I found a calm, traditional atmosphere that is very comfortable. There are counters, tatami rooms, and tables, allowing for a relaxed seating experience. It's enjoyable to watch the craftsmen skillfully prepare the sushi, and the rice is fluffy, allowing you to taste the sweetness of the rice. The tuna, even the lean part, has a rich flavor, and the squid, eel, steamed shrimp, and boiled octopus are all deliciously prepared with care. The clear soup and pickled vegetables have a gentle taste, further enhancing the satisfaction. The bright service makes for a pleasant experience, and the ingredients in the thick rolls are substantial, making them perfect for takeout.
