Just looking at the seasoned chicken and young chicken lined up in the showcase makes me excited. The red chicken grilled over charcoal spreads a savory aroma, and with each bite, the umami is intensely felt. The crispy texture of the skin is enjoyable, and as you chew, the juicy fat from the meat seeps out perfectly. The saltiness is also well-balanced, and it pairs excellently with the aroma of the charcoal. The waiting time is short, and it's a nice point that you can take it home hot right away. The fresh eggs I bought as a souvenir were rich, and the whole family felt happy.
