The vividly colored five types of steamed dumplings are exciting to look at, and with one bite, the aroma of vegetables and the gentle warmth of spices spread. The skin is thick and chewy, with steam rising from the opened top, and even without sauce, the more you chew, the more flavor it releases. The filling, which includes pine nuts and goji berries, has a delightful texture, and the subtle fragrance of ginger and star anise lingers. The brown rice wrapped in bamboo leaves has a pleasant pop from the grains, and the side vegetables are seasoned gently, providing a comforting taste. The spice chai I had after the meal was mildly sweet and warmed my body, and enjoying it leisurely in the garden made me even happier. There is also a wide variety of frozen takeout products, which is great because I can enjoy them easily at home.

The dumplings made with body-friendly ingredients are colorful and exciting to look at. The filling, packed with plenty of vegetables and wrapped in a chewy skin, has a rich umami flavor even on its own. The brown rice wrapped in bamboo leaves has a nice texture from the ancient rice and grains, complemented by the flavor of homemade ginger. The side dishes, such as grilled okra with salt koji and simmered eggplant, pair perfectly with the brown rice, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The Basque-style cheesecake, baked to a fragrant finish, is creamy and rich on the inside, leaving me completely satisfied with the dessert. Coupled with the serene atmosphere of the spacious garden, I was able to enjoy a leisurely moment.
