As I pass through the noren, the gentle scent of natural wood spreads, and I feel at ease in the bright and open atmosphere. At the counter seats, I can closely observe the craftsmanship of the chefs, and the live experience is enjoyable. A variety of fresh ingredients, such as plump sweet shrimp and melting medium fatty tuna, are beautifully arranged, and I could really feel the freshness. The rice is slightly smaller and has a light melt-in-the-mouth texture, perfectly harmonizing with the toppings. I also enjoyed the crispy tempura and the hearty chawanmushi, allowing me to fully appreciate the changes in flavor. It's no wonder that regulars gather here; it was a delicious experience that filled my heart.
