The fragrant smell of eel spread throughout the restaurant, and I felt excited the moment I sat down. The signature dish, a rice bowl, was beautifully presented with eel, rolled omelet, and small side dishes, providing a great sense of satisfaction just from its appearance. The eel had a crispy exterior and a moist interior, perfectly coated with a moderately sweet sauce. The homegrown Hinohikari rice was shiny and aromatic, making it an excellent match for the eel. When freshly grated sansho pepper was sprinkled on top, a refreshing aroma wafted up, allowing me to enjoy a change in flavor. There is a spacious shared parking lot, making it easy to stop by by car, and I was able to leave feeling happy after the meal.
