This is a calm and cozy shop that has been around in the local area for a long time, and just entering it makes you feel at ease. The soba made from pure white Shinshu buckwheat flour has a smooth texture that impressed me from the very first bite. The duck soba, with its rich aroma, becomes even more flavorful when dipped in a strong broth. The freshly fried tempura of pork cutlet and chikuwa is crispy, and when paired with soba or udon, it's hard to stop eating. Dishes like oyakodon and katsudon are fluffy with eggs and have a robust flavor, making it very satisfying to share with everyone. The friendly service from the staff also adds to the pleasant experience, allowing you to feel why this place is loved by the community.
