Located in the Sajang District, a little away from the main tourist spots in Busan, "Shanghai Dumplings" is a Chinese restaurant with a history of nearly 20 years in Busan. While they don't have any noodle dishes on the menu, their specialty is the exquisite dumplings with crispy skin, green onions, and pork filling. Make sure to try their fried rice, coated with a golden layer resembling silver. The dumpling sauce is also impressive, with a soy sauce base and a hint of ginger, giving the dumplings a unique flavor. Definitely worth a try.
