November 30 (Saturday) Cafe activity ☕✨ with Hitomin ( ) I had planned to meet Hitomin for the first time in December, but we suddenly decided to do a cafe activity during a live event 😂💕. It was our first meeting, and we decided to head towards Shikoku and Kagawa 🚗 ³₃. Thank you for driving, Hitomin 🥺💓. For lunch, we went to a place I wanted to revisit after being turned down a few years ago 🌮. It seems they moved a little while ago, and they only relocated slightly, with a new shop opening next to Shibata Monaka Honpo. We had a hard time finding it, and Hitomin called to ask for directions 🤣. Thank you for making the call 📞✨. The new shop has a completely different atmosphere from before, with a chic concrete building that looks somewhat similar to Nejimaki and Ridi. I think it will be easy to find if you head towards Shibata Monaka Honpo! Haha. This time, considering what was ahead, we decided to go for a lunch with just one taco. There were quite a few types of tacos, and I was really torn about which one to choose, but surprisingly, we decided quickly this time 😂. I think both of us went for minced meat and sausage? For drinks, we chose guava juice, which you probably can't find elsewhere. We happily ordered the same menu together 🙆‍♀️💕. Haha. The taco set, which included one taco, salad, potatoes, soup, and a drink, was around 1000 yen including tax, I think? The taco was filled with shredded cabbage, tomato, cheddar cheese (?), minced meat, and sausage. The minced meat had almost no spiciness but had a slightly rich flavor that was spicy. This minced meat mixed with plenty of vegetables was delicious. The seasoning wasn't too strong, so it might be good to add some ketchup, mustard, or jalapeño sauce from the table to change the flavor while eating! The dough was light and a bit chewy, like a very flattened naan! As you eat, the moisture from the vegetables comes out from the back, so be careful ⚠️ Haha. The salad had tortilla chips on top? They were crunchy, about the hardness of thick potato chips, and had a nice texture, being fragrant and delicious. The potatoes were medium-thick and crispy, super crunchy 🍟. They were perfectly salted 🙆‍♀️. The soup was a light consomme with some bacon and a bit of vegetables in it. The guava juice was a thick, nectar-like rich juice. It had the best of both peach and citrus flavors, with a tropical taste. Even with the half portion, there were plenty of vegetables, and the juice was abundant, so I was sufficiently full! Next, I want to try one with beans! We moved on to desserts 🍓.
