Soba e Sake Mugi-ya

Soba and Sake Place Mugiya is a spot where you can enjoy fragrant, freshly made 100% buckwheat soba. The interior, renovated from a traditional Edo-period townhouse, offers a calm atmosphere with soft jazz playing, and the particularly cozy second-floor seating is a highlight. The soba, made from buckwheat flour sourced directly from contracted farmers, boasts a remarkable flavor that pairs beautifully with the slightly sweet dipping sauce. With a wide selection of sake and snacks available, deciding what to choose each time you visit is part of the fun.
