When I stopped by the roadside station's spa facility, I was drawn to this counter by a delightful aroma. The signature dish, the countryside fried chicken, has a light batter, and the umami spreads from the first bite. The fried chicken pieces are tender, and the richness of the fat is just right, making it hard to stop eating. When I received the freshly fried pieces and snacked on them in the car, the crispy texture on the outside and the elasticity of the locally sourced chicken were superb. They also have French fries and chicken cutlets, so sharing with everyone makes it even more enjoyable. When I took it to go as a companion for my beer, I was able to enjoy a happy moment.
