Every one is unique, with visual imperfections and differences adding to the character of the barrel. Each cask develops its own flavor profile, which results from the individuality of each component. Some of the variables include tree age location, climate, season, stave, and crafter. Every cocktail is a truly one - of - a kind experience and the batch is consistently evolving within the barrel.
