I didn't know Chicken Jiro was a chain restaurant, but they use a brand of chicken called "Yumeso Chicken" from Miyazaki prefecture. I wonder if that's the default even though it's 10 yen. Great 🙇🏻‍♀️ * The food is also really nice. I didn't know Chicken Jiro was a chain restaurant. They use a brand name chicken from Miyazaki called Yumeso Chicken🐔, so they are very particular about their chicken and not like a chain restaurant! The chicken is cooked to perfection! I still love chicken jiro! Again, the 10 yen highball flyer had me hooked... But the food is also really delicious! The first recommendation is the rare chicken foie gras＼(^^)／! It's also called white liver, but it's so thick and tender! I even had a second helping every time!
