There is a menu where you can enjoy ramen and tonkatsu together, and I was satisfied with both. The soup has a sharp soy sauce flavor and a rich oiliness, and the umami is well conveyed. The noodles have a good wheat aroma and are delicious. The chashu topping is like roast beef, and the seaweed and green onions provide a nice accent. The garlic chive menchi is large, has a strong garlic chive aroma, and was very tasty. The fillet cutlet is thick yet tender, with a slight pink center that is juicy.
