The interior has table seating and a raised area, creating a calm atmosphere. Upon entering, I was greeted by a display of gourd art, which was heartwarming. The soba noodles are a light gray with hints of sweet skin visible, which whets the appetite just by looking at them. The well-drained noodles have a perfect chewiness and slide smoothly down the throat. The broth is light and enhances the sweetness of the soba, while the green onions and wasabi add a nice accent. The portion size is satisfying, and I was able to enjoy the flavors until the very end.
