On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, you can choose a 90-minute all-you-can-drink course. Last order for drinks is 15 minutes before, so please drink slowly.
We offer this set with a slightly reduced number of items.
How about a glass when you need a little more to drink?
Everything except the skin is handmade. This is a popular menu item at our restaurant. Even if it is not included in the course, you can enjoy it if you make a reservation in advance. We also prepare it for takeout in frozen form.
This is a representative local dish from Aomori made by simmering daikon, carrots, burdock, and fried tofu among other ingredients. A large amount of vegetables are diced and simmered.
