This steak is popular among the elderly as it is wrapped with thinly sliced meat and shiso and green onions, making it easy to eat.
We prepare about 150g to 200g of Sanriku-produced abalone. We always have 12 to 13 pieces ready. The price may vary slightly depending on the day.
Three slightly larger Kuruma prawns from Kyushu and Okinawa will be cooked right in front of you. They are sweet and very delicious, and the whelk is also tasty.
Shizuoka, Chiba produced, large clams. Coated in flour and grilled until crispy, served with lemon juice and soy sauce.
