주택가의 골목에 있는 가게에서 발견했을 때 조금 설렜습니다. 냉면의 국물은 동치미의 맛이 잘 배어 있고, 얼음도 같은 국물로 만들어져 마지막까지 희석되지 않고 시원합니다. 가는 면이 쫄깃하고 국물과 잘 어우러집니다. 무의 단초절임은 아삭아삭한 식감이 좋고, 손이 자꾸 가게 됩니다. 삼겹살은 고소하게 구워져서 참기름 소금이나 쌈장, 약채소와 함께 먹으면 행복해집니다. 잡채와 김밥도 참깨 향이 은은하게 퍼져 가볍게 먹을 수 있습니다.

장소는 조금 찾기 어렵지만, 도착하면 큰 집 같은 외관이 눈에 띕니다. 내부는 차분한 분위기로, 금방 편안해지는 느낌입니다. 본고장의 맛이 확실하고, 여러 가지 주문한 요리들은 모두 맛있었습니다. 냉면은 국물의 맛이 뚜렷하고, 국물로 만든 얼음 덕분에 마지막까지 맛이 희석되지 않습니다. 가는 면은 쫄깃하고, 국물과 잘 어우러집니다. 상큼한 무 요리도 아삭아삭한 식감이 좋고, 주차장에서는 먼 곳에서 온 차들도 보이는데 그 맛에納得합니다.
