This sushi course mainly features local fish landed in Wakasa Bay. Basically served during lunch hours (12:00~14:00) with advance reservations. Sushi, soup, sweets or mizu-sweets are included.
This is a course of dishes and sushi featuring local fish landed in Wakasa Bay. Basically, it is served during the evening hours (17:30~21:30) with advance reservations (by the day before). Depending on the season and weather, about 3-4 dishes, 7-9 kinds of sushi, soup, sweets or mizugashi, and matcha or hojicha tea after the meal are included.
This is a stick sushi made only with natural mackerel caught in Wakasa Bay. We use mackerel that weighs over 700g and is rich in fat from autumn to spring. After curing the mackerel, we grill only the surface to finish it. This product is only available when there is a catch of large mackerel in Wakasa Bay. Please feel free to contact us.
