Savory 'Garden-style Spaghetti' with Fresh Vegetables from Kumamoto Prefecture and Bacon, Grilled Eggplant is the Highlight

Grilled eggplant is placed at the bottom, with pasta served on top. The tomato sauce contains whole onions, bell peppers, cabbage, and celery in paste form, spreading the flavor of the vegetables throughout the dish.
