가게에 들어서면, 가볍게 주문할 수 있는 안주가 많아 설렙니다. 대만식 곱창전골은 매콤한 다진 고기와 채소가 가득해, 보기만 해도 식욕을 자극합니다. 쫄깃한 곱창을 씹으면 감칠맛이 퍼지고, 매운맛과의 균형이 딱 좋습니다. 전골의 마무리로 주문한 치즈 리조또는 깊은 풍미가 있어, 녹아내리는 맛이었습니다. 대기 시간에는 일품 요리와 술을 함께 즐길 수 있어, 대화도 활발해집니다. 곱창전골이 생각날 때 가장 먼저 떠오르는, 매우 믿음직한 가게입니다.
