The classic 'Golden Dipping Noodles' have been improved for even more deliciousness. A harmonious blend of 'pork bone,' 'chicken,' and 'seafood' creates the golden ratio of 'umami' and 'aroma.' The noodles are made with original chewy thick noodles (#10). The soup in the clay pot remains hot and delicious until the last bite.
Gourmet noodles. The rich tonkotsu soup is accented with a sharp special sauce. Thick slices of pork belly chashu, fresh garlic, cabbage, and bean sprouts are generously topped to provide a hearty appearance and satisfying taste.

We have brought out an infinite richness and flavor, creating a rich and completely odorless tonkotsu soup that is truly unique in taste. By combining our long-cherished pork bone soup with a salt sauce that contains no additives, we have created a milder flavor than soy sauce pork bone. Featured on TV Asahi's 'Nakai Masahiro no Mi ni Naru Toshokan', the sister restaurant of Ramen Matsuya, 'Ultimate Chicken', was introduced. Using carefully selected whole chickens from Kagoshima, Kyushu, they have pushed the limits in richness, depth, and aroma to create the 'ultimate chicken white broth' soup. They also use Kyushu's young chicken chashu. This special ramen completes everything - soup, chashu, and oil - with 'chicken'. This ramen with rich soup is topped with a variety of colorful vegetables. By squeezing the accompanying 'lemon' to your liking, you can enjoy a change in flavor.
