처음 나오는 양배추는 아삭아삭하고, 마늘 드레싱과 잘 어울립니다. 큰 로스를 양배추로 싸서 먹으면, 저도 모르게 빠져듭니다. 두툼한 소 혀와 상급 하라미, 상급 미노, 시마초우는 신선도가 좋고 만족스럽습니다. 혼합 내장과 돼지 내장 삼종 모듬도 풍부한 맛이 있어 즐겁습니다. 세세리는 살이 단단하고, 씹는 맛이 있습니다. 자부톤의 육회풍이나 마늘 오일 구이도 맛있고, 전체적인 품질에 안심합니다.
