Restaurant’s terms and conditions All dietary requests must be stated at least 48 hours in advance. Same day requests will be charged a $3 if we can accommodate. Late arrivals can shorten a service. RESERVATIONS reduced less 48 hours in advance will incur a 20% fee per guest. NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the booking. All guests must be noted on your reservation, this includes sharing children. Children Under 5 can share with a dining adult . 1 child per 1 adult . Unannounced guests will be charged a $15 sitting min. A note from the restaurant CREDIT CARDS are NOT BILLED expect for Cancellations or Fees. BKHL has created 4 experiences. Our atmosphere, menu & service has been designed to allow a comfy break in the day. To keep the experience true, ARRIVE ON TIME as we seat parties once everyone has arrived. Reserved times allow ALL our guests to enjoy the same level of quality and avoid rushing experiences. A bill will be given by your host to signal your party has come to an end and our next guests will arrive soon.
