Top 3 Must-Try Dishes at OGIMI SKY TERRACE, the Restaurant in the Sky

We have simmered the Agu pork (Pai ton) until it becomes tender, and then added tomato sauce with cream to create a Stroganoff-style dish. This results in a creamy and mellow flavor. This is available as a standalone menu item during lunchtime (with dessert and drink for an additional 770 yen, total 1540 yen).

There are two types of sauces. The red one uses 'Dragon Fruit' and the yellow one uses 'Mango'. Unique ingredients from Okinawa are used, and the chef's desire to deliver the taste of Okinawa is reflected in this dish.

The seafood of the day includes mussels, clams, and flounder. Using homemade Bourguignon butter, it is combined with a cream-based sauce. The umami from the seafood is enhanced, allowing you to enjoy multiple layers of deliciousness.
