The flavored oil is a special blend developed by Takahashi that maximizes the aroma of grilled flying fish. The noodles are custom-made in collaboration with a long-established noodle shop in Kyoto. You can enjoy the last drop by adding white rice to the remaining soup to make grilled flying fish dashi ochazuke.
