The contents will change depending on seasonal procurement. The number of pieces will be different from the Yuri course! Examples (suppon, hamo no sukiyaki with egg, etc.)
This course has the same number of items as the Orchid Course, but with grayed-out ingredients! Sushi tea is served in a seasonal earthenware teapot, and you eat sushi while drinking the steamed rice in the teapot.
A whole Saga suppon is cooked for 3 hours! One whole suppon is enough for 2 people! Please make a reservation!
