Made with a very small amount of 'seseri (neck meat)' sourced from one chicken, along with thigh meat. Carefully ground twice and crafted with a secret blend. Please enjoy it mixed with our special sauce and egg yolk.

This is the flavor that represents 'Hachikura's Offal Hot Pot.' The soup, made by simmering whole chicken bones for a long time and blending it with carefully selected soy sauce, offers a light yet rich and deep taste. For the finishing touch, we recommend either champon noodles or a rice porridge set (rice + egg)!

We borrowed the sake barrels from the sake brewery 'Kitaya' in Yame, and created a unique sake that pairs well with the dishes of Hachikura. It is a moderately dry sake that retains the original aroma and richness of the sake by minimizing filtration. It pairs well with any dish.
