We carefully grill Tanba-raised chicken over charcoal (we may also use Kyushu-raised chicken depending on availability. Please rest assured that we select our ingredients carefully) including liver, gizzard, cartilage, skin, tenderloin, thigh meat, garlic, tsukune (chicken meatballs), plum and shiso, green onion salt sauce, etc. You can choose between sauce and salt and order from one skewer. Price ranges from 130 to 170 yen per skewer.
