Made from a blend of the two major brands of meat from Furano, 'Furano Wagyu' and 'Kamifurano Pork', which are raised in the rich air and water of the foothills of the Daisetsuzan mountain range and Tokachi mountain range. This luxurious and juicy hamburger is made from 100% ground meat. Please enjoy this popular dish with your choice of demi-glace sauce or Japanese-style sauce. It comes with rice grown in Kamifurano, either Nanatsuboshi rice or homemade bread made from Haruyutaka wheat from Kamifurano, and a seasonal soup.

In the hop-producing region of Belgium, hop sprouts are known as the 'most expensive vegetable in the world.' They are difficult to preserve after harvesting and are only available in hop-producing areas. You can only taste them in Kamifurano, Hokkaido, the only place in Hokkaido where hops are cultivated. This dish features locally sourced brand Wagyu beef cheek meat from Flan, which is raised in the clean air and water at the foot of the Tokachi Mountain Range in the Daisetsuzan Mountains. The meat is slowly simmered with vegetables in red wine, resulting in a dish where the tenderness and umami of the meat are concentrated. Served with bread or rice and seasonal soup.
