At the tempura counter, our chef fries vegetables directly from local producers in front of you, paying particular attention to oil, batter, and water so that you can enjoy the best taste. We will provide you with an atmosphere where you can spend a pleasant time while eating vegetables that have been carefully grown in front of your eyes.
We steam vegetables that do not rely on pesticides and are delivered from growers who are particular about their produce, and serve them in our restaurant. We prepare a sauce that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the vegetables.... Kyushu is also a treasure house of Japanese beef. We will serve A5 grade steak, the highest grade of meat, with rice cooked in an earthenware pot. (Please note that white rice may be changed to porridge without notice. Please understand.) It is mainly popular with lunchtime guests, those who do not have much time to relax, and those who prefer to have less staff coming in and out of the restaurant. The steak is served on Wassui's Renge rice cooked in an earthenware pot on time and topped with a special sauce that can only be found in Jun-no-sato.
