Zakana Zari" is our most popular menu item, featuring a delicious assortment of fish landed throughout Japan, along with a variety of delicacies. The menu is packed with fish, including homemade sea chicken salad, spring rolls filled with seafood, raw octopus carpaccio, and cooked fish of the day's recommendation. This seafood course goes perfectly with sake and is full of adult appeal.
Carefully selected Yamagata beef with sweet-flavored fatty meat. The carefully selected meat arrives from a specialty restaurant with which we have had a long-standing relationship. In addition to being served with a generous portion of tataki and shigure earthenware rice casserole, seasoned meat is also lavishly served in salads and spring rolls. The menu also includes a variety of dishes other than meat, of course. The giant-sized marbo tofu has an outstanding visual impact!

The star of this course is the A5 Yamagata beef sirloin steak. Yamagata beef procured from a specialty restaurant is grilled to medium and served with seasonal vegetables. Starting with three kinds of thickly cut sashimi, the Okoge Pizza, which is made by stretching rice thin and charring it, is a gem with a crispy texture and delicious flavor. The char siu pork, which is seared to bring out its flavor, and the fish of the day are also available. It is also useful for daily drinking parties, casual gatherings, and after-parties.

This luxurious course features a double main course of "Hamo no Shabushabu Nabe" (hamo shabu-shabu hot pot), a summer delicacy served in a golden yuzu broth, and "Zakana Zari," an amazingly sized assortment of sashimi. The all-you-can-drink package is also included. When you dip the hamo's meat, which has been cut from the hamo's bones, into the sea of gold, a beautiful white flower softly blooms. Please enjoy this summer delicacy.
Draft beer is cold ichiban shibori. Popular highballs are also available with cola or ginger. Sake is "Gohai," a dry sake with a dignified and refreshing taste. The ume (plum) wine, "Kishu Umeshu," is made from fully ripened Kishu Nanko-ume plums and has a refreshing taste. Shochu (barley and sweet potato) is available. Please feel free to enjoy your favorite sake with your course.
In addition to the standard all-you-can-drink price of 1,500 yen, we have prepared 8 types of our signature cold or hot sake (such as "Hakuboshi", "Amego no Tsuki", and "Atago no Matsu"). We have also increased the number of fruity highballs and chu-hi drinks, such as yuzu and kiwi, to meet a wide range of your needs.
