Motsu nikomi made by slowly simmering carefully selected offal. This dish, which has a gentle flavor infused with umami, is one of the proud offerings of Motsuyaki 36, and we highly recommend you try it. It's refreshing and can be eaten quickly, so we suggest ordering one plate per person.
The Ton-Teki made with fresh pork is full of volume! It pairs perfectly with drinks and rice! When you want to enjoy a lot of meat, this is the choice! Packed with garlic for stamina! Tachikawa Ton-Teki is defined by its pineapple sauce.
