Brewery: Nishi Shuzou (Kagoshima) - A genuine sweet potato shochu made with black koji at 25 degrees. It has a deep aroma and flavor.
Brewery: Ozuruyama Distillery (Miyazaki) - Made with white koji at 25 degrees in ceramic jars, the raw spirit is stored and aged in jars for several years. It has a smooth yet crisp finish with a refreshing taste.

We used six types of botanicals unique to Japan (sakura flowers, sakura leaves, sencha, gyokuro, sansho, yuzu). Each of the six botanicals is harvested at its peak season and distilled using methods suited to the characteristics of the ingredients, bringing out the fragrance of cherry blossoms, the refreshing flavor of yuzu and tea, and the spiciness of sansho in the aftertaste. Traditional gin's eight botanicals are also used, and through the delicate techniques of Japanese craftsmanship, we achieved a well-balanced blend that results in a complex, delicate, and smooth flavor.
