We are pleased to offer a new lunchtime set meal featuring Donan's specialty, Kuzusukiyaki, a dish of A5-rank Amakusa Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kumamoto, as well as seasonal small bowls of cooked food. Lunch Kaiseki with Kuzu sukiyaki and Sado rice cooked in an earthenware pot Our specialty, Amakusa Wagyu Kuzu Sukiyaki, is a unique dish of tender Wagyu beef elegantly simmered in a kuzu-based sauce. Enjoy a relaxing moment with the seasonal coloring. Kaiseki cuisine is prepared in the quiet of the daytime, with each dish delicately decorated with the bounty of the season.

For celebratory meals, we offer a sea bream with head for 7000 yen. This is a lucky dish for celebratory meals. The First Meal Celebration is a traditional event with a history dating back to the Heian period, also known as the 100-day celebration, commemorating 100 days after birth to wish for the healthy growth of the baby and to ensure they will never have to struggle for food in their lifetime.
