This is Chanko Nabe, made with domestic mochi pork belly, domestic beef belly, domestic chicken, homemade chicken meatballs, sardine dumplings, firm Gunma konjac, fresh vegetables, and other carefully selected ingredients simmered in a secret broth.
Our 'Chanko Shabu Nabe' is an original 170 (design registered) pot that allows you to enjoy both chanko nabe and shabu-shabu at the same time. If you order chanko nabe with added shabu-shabu meat, you can enjoy the chanko nabe (chicken broth soy sauce base) while tasting the shabu-shabu meat with ponzu or sesame sauce, making it a slightly luxurious pot.
This is a value set menu featuring chanko nabe and a side dish.
The 'Spicy Motsunabe with Spicy Miso ¥2450' is also popular.
Delicious sukiyaki served with grated yam and egg. We also have Wagyu sukiyaki for ¥3650.
A luxurious meal with a generous portion, including sashimi, tempura, and a single serving hot pot.
Our restaurant uses a 7L barrel to serve in a fresh state. We clean daily and perform sponge cleaning once a week, and the mugs are also washed in a dishwasher on a dedicated rack. After finishing your drink, an 'Angel Ring' will always form on the mug.
We are particular about the dry sake from Japan.
Made using 'Ajimu Kura' from Oita Prefecture. This is a refreshing and easy-to-drink shochu.
Uses 'Kuro Shirahai' from Kagoshima Prefecture. Characterized by the depth and smoothness of black koji.

Lemon, lime, yuzu, Calpis. Our shop uses a vodka-based sour, not a lemon high.
We use the black variety from our local Choya.
